Did you know that the Czechs are the first in per capita beer consumption in the world?
Beer is considered a part of the national heritage of the Czech Republic and so we invite you for a walk into the history and production of this "liquid bread", as it is known in the Czech language. We will visit two famous breweries in Prague, one is Staropramen (a big modern brewery from 1869) and U Fleku (first brewing in 1499). Both breweries will let you taste their products, but if you do not drink, do not worry, it can be a very interesting tour and experience for everyone.
Not much walking, and if yes, on flat smooth surfaces, mainly in the interiors of breweries. Public transportation.
Duration: 3 hours. Only Mondays Fridays.
Note: As for now, minimum of 10 people can visit U Fleku brewery...but we can always see their museum and taste their beer:-). And then we can visit one more place instead the brewery. However, we will be trying to join several interested people together for this tour, so check for actual situation, please!)
Admisson:
U Fleku brewery 160 CZK per person + 50 CZK museum
