Many thanks for arranging Martina and Frank the driver. We had a really full and interesting trip with them - Martina was extremely knowledgeable and filled us in with lots of extra details on the general history of Prague - which answered many of our questions! She also told us everything she could about Lidice and Terezin - both of them very moving and often traumatic experiences, as I am sure you are aware!!
We all came back from the day thinking there is one very easy but positive way you could improve the tour - by taking your guests to the town/main museum with the film at Terezin BEFORE the fortress - as the museum and film really explained and put into context the other part of the fortress - and a bit more time was needed to see all the well documented exhibits in the museum. Obviously the crematorium was necessary and it made sense to see it at the end - but this was round would be more logical from a visitors point of view.
I hope you will take this as a positive suggestion and not as a complaint!
We would have no hesitation recommending your tour services to our friends and thank you again for all your and Martinas efforts.

You were wonderful to us...from the youngest (age 15) to the oldest (the grandparents - us).
You answered all of our questions...and didn't mind that we asked personal questions....
You not only smiled with your mouth, but with your eyes as well.
We almost felt as if we were friends or relatives that you were escorting around the city and your recommendations for lunch were excellent.
We cannot thank you enough...Prague is now one of our favorite cities and I am sure that much of that feeling is because of you.

Hello Katerina,
I wanted to get back to you about our guided tour of Prague with Wilma. The afternoon we spent with her was a highlight for us. We were so glad to have someone who could take us to some of the places we might have missed and was also able to give us the depth of history that makes Prague so special. Given our limited amount of time in the city this tour really helped us to see and learn much more than we would have on our own.
Wilma was both very professional and comfortable to be with and her fluency in English was very appreciated.

I have been meaning to contact you to tell you what a spectacular time we had with Dana back in May. She not only covered the beautiful sites of Prague, but answered our questions about the people, the history and the economy of Czech Republic. She also paid attention to what we seemed most interested in and from her observations made recommendations for what other sites we might enjoy! …It's a coincidence b/c I was going to write you this week to thank you for organizing my rides and tour in Prague. Everything was 100% perfect. You made for a very smooth trip and introduction to Prague. It would not have been the same without your services.
Your city is lovely and I took in as much culture as I could fit in 3 days. Karel was a wonderful tour guide. We would have taken more time with him!! But he was booked for the rest of the afternoon.
Also, I told Karel and I'm telling you that if you do come to Miami beach one day (you never know), you should let me know.

My mom and I enjoyed our tour with Martina. She was very nice. Sometimes we felt like she sounded a little bit like a tape recorder but overall we enjoyed the tour. Thank you again for arranging the tour and for booking our Spring Music Festival tickets at the Rudolfinum. We enjoyed the performance very much. My trip to Prague exceeded all expectations. Your country is so beautiful, there is so much to see and there was so little time. I'll just have to return in the not-to-distant future.
Thanks for the information on Heydrich. I visited the church and took photos, but ran out of time and didn't make it to the assassination site. I spent quite a bit of time in Wenceslas Square (a very interesting place), then a day in Cesky Krumlov (also very beautiful).
Thank you for your part in making my first visit to Europe and Prague such a memorable one.

Our lives have finally returned to normal, whatever that means between work, family and home. I did not want another week to fly by without thanking you on behalf of Curt, the Director's and myself for your wonderful guide service when we were in Prague. Your enthusiasm, charm and knowlege made Prague a city we will never forget. I want to also thank you for personally taking us to Terezin.
