Cesky Krumlov is the most fascinating Czech town after Prague, it is a beautiful medieval town. The main sights are the Renaissance castle, once the seat of the powerful Lords of the Rožmberks and the Schwarzenbergs and the second-largest castle in Bohemia, the castle’s unique Baroque theatre and the castle gardens. The castle houses a rich collection of period furniture, Flamish tapestries and historical weapons. Also it is possible to visit the local Eggenberg brewery – upon request.
